Default HTPC w/ Blu-Ray

I'm looking to build me a new pc and reuse some components from a previous build. It's going to be a HTPC/Blu-Ray player.

I will be planning on playing BD movies on the computer hooked up to a HDTV. I will be burning BD disks as well.

I have no idea what burners on the market are good out there. I was eyeing the LG BH08LS20. Any thoughts on this? Reliability?

I believe i will also need a new video card that supports HDCP from what I have gathered in the Blu-ray PC world. Any good ones that also work well for playing games. I plan to do some occasional light gaming with this computer running to my HDTV.

What do i need regarding getting sound to work with blu-ray? I have a audigy 2 zs currently. I should be able to hook this to my 5.1 home stereo headunit correct?

Is there anything else i should need to know to getting blu ray to play from a computer onto a tv?

Edit: Would prefer Nvidia GPU's, but if they have more "issues" with blu ray, i wouldn't hesitate to goto ATI.

Also meant to ask, what is the best version of windows to run when dealing with blu-ray? I run xp at present, but might have to run vista MCE on the HTPC or windows 7, any major blu-ray issues with those?
