Default Bright stuck pixel???

I just developed what I think is a very bright stuck pixel on my Samsung LN46B630. It's located right about an inch from the top of the screen. I see it twinkling at me everytime I watch a movie. Has anyone ever had any luck getting a stuck pixel to work with pixel fix software that you run on the tv from your computer? I tried lightly massaging it out but that didn't work.

I tried a couple of the pixel fix software programs and that didn't help. I had a friend over and he said it didn't look like a pixel to him. He said it looked like a tiny scratch/chip on th inside of the screen. If it is what he thinks I have no idea how that could have happened. I have a service tech coming Thursday to do an uneven backlight fix, maybe I can get him to agree to fix that too.
