Anyone waiting on Black Friday to make some purchases? - Blu-ray Forum

Was just curious if anyone is putting off any purchases until the day after thanksgiving to see if the item/items they wanted were going to be on sale. I worked at Wal-Mart about 10 yrs ago and it was a madhouse at 6 am when they opened the "door busters" so I can't imagine what it's like these days. I don't go out that morning since I don't want to fight the crowds. Only thing I have ever bought on black friday (big sales morning wise) was my 46" Sharp that I got up at 5 am and went online and got it and went right back to bed and got up around noon and went to pick it up. Things I am looking for this year is a bunch of different blu's and the seasons 1-4 for It's Always Sunny in Philly but Amazon has all 4 seasons for $55 so I might have to pull the trigger but may wait to see what sales comes out and if I can get it online.

Once more of the sales are out I'll plan things out. So far I've not really been thinking about it.

Last year I did most of my shopping online using Amazon...

This year I will do the same.I got some pretty good deal last year buy being on here and on Amazon at the same time.

My advice grab the blu's once you know its a low price ...don't wait because what can be $7.00 on sale might be $15.00 and hr late.
