Default My Fair Lady...Who Owns the Blu-ray Rights?!

Originally My Fair Lady was a Warner Bros Theatrical release.
Then the film was sold to CBS.
Then the film was loaned to FOX in the early laserdisc/vhs days.
Then in the late 90's it was loaned back to WB for a 1-disc
and eventually a 2-disc DVD.
Then a few months ago, it was released on DVD by Paramount but was missing several features produced for the Warner Bros special edition.
What I'm wondering is, who owns the rights?
If it's Warner, I would assume they would start work on it in a few years since they missed the 45th anniversary window this year.

The rights went back to CBS Video and Paramount distributes their products.
