Piracy is a crime.

One thing that I'm questioning is how you can afford a PS3, and a Blu-ray burner, but not a 20$ movie.

Use Roxio Toast or a BD burning application and try then.

Was this movie a backup you made, or a download?

You burned a data disc, you need to use Nero. It costs about 90$, There's also some others but they all cost about the same. You have to have authoring software to do it, data burning software is useless to you if your wanting to make a movie.

It's really your personal preference. I would choose Nero though.

What movie was it?

Can probably afford it by selling pirated movies... ya think? And before you get pissy, I haven't downloaded anything illegally in about 3-4 years. I saw the error of my ways, and would encourage you to regain your dignity and class by avoiding being a leech. Work to get what you want (and pay for it), and avoid being like the two-bit thieves that get what they have by directly or indirectly taking it (notice I didn't say "stealing") from someone else. I'm not accusing you of anything specific, but if you got a BR movie by downloading it, I can't imagine that's legal yet...
