gta 4 no bass - Blu-ray Forum

Anyone else having problems with lack of sub action with this game? Its just this game, I put it lost planet or uncharted 2 bass starts working again. Now i see that in the audio setup of the game it only shows 5 speakers, but even then my reciever should send the bass signals to the sub. So thats telling me that this game has no sub freqs?

I just noticed while playing this game the other day that my sub shuts off.

google didn't provide too much so have no idea how to fix this or if it is fixable.

I don't think it is fixable. They just didnt include an lfe track in the sound mix.
