Blu-ray collection:140 Blu-ray reviews:7 Trading Score:3	Onkyo - Very Odd Problem I am having a very odd problem every now and then with an Onkyo receiver. We got it new, this year a month or so after Christmas at Circuit City. Anyways, when I switch to On Demand from Comcast - and then go to start a movie/show from On Demand - the receiver POPS really loud. So loud it scares the shit out of you and it seems to do it at MAX volume. It lasts for literally 1 second and the receiver cuts off and the power light blinks until I turn it back on. I am not sure what causes this and it has happened about 4/6 times since I have owned it. I happens every so often but no patters or anything that would make me think something on cable is causing it. Scares the dogs to death and makes everyone in the house jump. Its freaky. Any ideas? My guess is something isn't switching over right and it dies.
