Default Monster Cable at it again ( "Please buy Monoprice Cables")

Head line: "We loooove 3D!" And, if your 3D experience isn't all you wished for, "don't blame the TV. Blame that cheap-ass HDMI cable you bought."

Understanding why a cheap HDMI cable will work just fine http://boardsus.playstation.com/play...read.id=828972 Thank you to crackinhedz for the link.

A cheap $12 to $20 HDMI cable will work as good as a $225 Monster cable if you buy an HDMI cable make sure it's a Monoprice or Bluejean cable.

Misleading Marketing is all I have to say. I really don't understand why some would fall for this. Not unless you have money to burn.

LoL at Monsters ads...I have Monster Cables and just recently bought their new M2000HD, which I like better then their M1000HD that I have because there is no braided casing...But I DID NOT pay their ridiculous price that I always hear people complain about...I still feel it is really expensive at the price I get them for $30/8ft...For those who doesn't know go on EBAY and buy them there...Not at B&M retail or Amazon because they have them really over priced...I do agree that for some applications any HDMI cable will work...

The reason they "looove 3D" is they can sell the 3D aspect of the cable and charge unsuspecting buyer even more exorbitant prices.

You never have to worry about me buying Monster anyway. That compoany really is one of, if not the biggest joke amongst video/audiophiles (running neck & neck with Bose). They're not true high end, but they're way more expensive than the class they're really in.
