Default Static/White Noise Randomly

Well I've got another issue with noise in my system. This time it's with the Rotel. For some reason it starts out dead quiet, and then out of nowhere it'll start making white noise due to any little vibration. If I take a step, I can cause it to make noise. If I tap it, it makes noise. I've tried isolating the power cords from all interconnects and speaker cables. I've tried swapping stuff in and out to see if it was another component causing a hum to be picked up. If I tap the Rotel I can make it start up with the white noise issue. Before when I had my Marantz, I never had the issue I might add (although I did have a minor ground loop problem that was in my right surround speaker that stayed when I switched to the Integra, which I later got rid of by separating IC's and PC's). I also get it when the Rotel is the only thing plugged in and on. Do you think this is just something due to the electricity in the home, an issue as a result of the Integra, or a fault in the amp? Thanks,

Alex
