Default Got the upgraditis bug, need help with final piece!!!

Ok, So I started with my Pioneer VSX-d814 receiver and the polk audio RM675 speaker set. I have since replaced my front left and right with Infinity P362's and the center with the Infinity Primus PC350. My Klipsch KSW-10 will be in tomorrow to replace the 8" polk sub, and I stuck with the Polk satellites in the rear since they seem to do a good job. Now its time for a new receiver. I am actually happy with the sound on this pioneer, but I want something with HDMI and the HD audio decoders. So, my wife is not all that happy with the money I am spending, so I really need to stay around the $300 range. I have done some homework and the below listed are the receivers I am looking at. I only run 5.1 and that will not change, The wife already said no to more speakers in the living room, and I will not be adding an additional amp. What do you guys think???

Harmon/Kardon AVR 254 (refurb) $293

Denon AVR 1610 $327

Yamaha RX-V665BL $299

Onkyo HT-RC160 $328

Pioneer VSX-819H-K $299

I think they are all good lookin receivers, and I generally dont look at watts per channel as who knows what their true rating is. Or is there one I am leaving out? Please help me out.

Thanks guys,
