Default Anyone else had this problem? PLEASE HELP!

I work at Futureshop and recently picked up the Sony BWU-100A for $250. I installed it in my computer (which is plugged into my HDTV) and watched Apcolypto no problem. I bought four brothers and it runs beautifully. Then I picked up the Live Nine Inch Nails disc and it was so jumpy it was unwatchable. I noticed that my CPU was running at around 90%. Looking online I saw that certain formats of video require better CPU's. Nine Inch Nails is in VC-1 while the others were both MPEG. Has anyone else noticed this problem? I don't wanna spend $250 on a new processor if it's not gonna help out.

Thanks!!
