Hey all,
I just saw this posted on another site. An "industry insider" is saying that The Simpson Movie will be released in December on Blu, date and date with the SD. This would be awsome if true.

I will be getting this the day it is out. I was worried about the movie not meeting my expectations since the last few years hasn't been as good as their "golden years" but I loved the movie. I still think about a few lines and scenes and will chuckle to myself.

It surely won't be released for christmas 07. I think that's what he meant...not necesarily in dec of 08, but it won't be in 07.

Seven dvds, though? Those different aspect ratios look kinda cool - but only as a gag, not to use up extra dvds... Oh well, it's a no-doubt purchase if they match the extras on Blu-ray.

Please, FOX!!! Don't disappoint me. This was the best movie i've seen during the holiday. Temporarily, the SD version is on my shopping list, but if BD version announced, I'll change it to BD
