Sorry, I have to share. Just got in my Laser Disc (sealed-new) of Big Trouble In Little China. From where else did I get this fine piece of cinematic goodness? Hong Kong!

I also must say, I am not sure if it's something Asian, but whenever I get packages from the east - they are wrapped so nice and tidy. I hate to crack'em open

Laser Disc eh? Is this new? I still buy some every now and then on Ebay, but they are always used.

Thats pretty cool. That movie is one of those ones that every time you see it on tv you just have to watch cause you don't get to see it that often.

Is someone making new discs or is this old stock? link to the company?

It's old stock. A person on Ebay is where I got it.

Be careful when buying "sealed" LDs. Sometimes they turn out to be re-sealed so the seller can offload them easier and not have to mention defects such as laser rot. Got burned like this once, but luckily it wasn't for something expensive.

its a great film , the first time i watched it i was let down because i thought it was going to be a dark film and i was'nt thrilled with the funny light hearted nature of it then after rewatching it a few times i fell in love with it .

another excellent JC and KR outting.

Kurt Russell needs to be in more movies. He was awesome in Death Proof.

Kurt Russell seems to be one of the most consistent actors alive. Every other year he makes a movie that almost no one hates.
