So, it might take a while before this release shows up; on the other hand, the Australian release is coming in April, but it won't be sourced from a 4K scan. So, there you go..

I don't get a lot from Twilight Time because I think they are way overpriced, but this is one that I would probably splurge for...a favorite of mine when I was a teenager.

An isolated score on this could be veeeeery exciting - especially if they include Jerry Goldsmith's unused score as well as Curt Sobel's replacement.

I don't think Goldsmith's score could be used since it fitted an early edit/version of the film.

I'm glad this is finally getting a US release, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed this title went to TT. I was really hoping this would come directly from Fox.

I liked Alien Nation when I rented it back in the day, but the part with the alien drinking the spoiled milk grossed me out so much that I never saw the movie again. I'm funny that way, I guess.

I would disagree it's one of "his" best (depending on how much of it he actually wrote), seeing as the finished film has some good ideas but didn't turn out particularly well (needing to be so heavily recut as it was). It's like a great concept for a movie that didn't pan out, though it's still entertaining for what it is.

I don't rate him as a writer, Strange Days is still his best script for my money
