QT's Chinese movie, featuring Jet Li. Any word on this? I loved the movie, and imagine it would look stunning in hd.

It's Chinese. Quentin Tarantino had nothing to do with it. They attached his name as a producer so Harvey would stop sitting on it

I'm a big fan of Hero also. and THANK YOU Wicky for correcting on the Tarantino issue. I'm tired of him getting credit where no credit is due.

I hope Hero comes to BD soon... also Fearless.

I kinda expected more from it when I saw it all the cool jumping exc. I thought it would be wicked sick like defender or something but I personally was unimpressed.

I bought the SD Version. I just couldn't wait.

Anyone know anymore Hong Kong Blu0ray Releases?

All I know is of Internal Affairs.

The HD DVD of Hero DC was released in Germany on Oct'2007 but was heavily criticized for lackluster PQ (MPEG-2) / SQ.

There's a lot of mediocre masters for Hero out there

I think any Blu version will require cooperationbetween Disney and the HK company to go back to the negative

Paidgeek mentioned it once (the bad Master for CTHD and Hero). Here is to hoping.
