A few more details on the extras from Home Media Retailing:
All versions come with nine deleted or extended scenes, a commentary by director Stone, and a second commentary by real-life survivor Will Jimeno and rescuers Scott Strauss, John Busching and Paddy McGee. The double-disc editions also feature a three-part making-of documentary; featurettes on set construction, visual and special effects, rescue and recovery and “Oliver Stone’s New York”; a question-and-answer session with Stone; a photo gallery; and five TV spots. |

Since they are authoring for HD-DVD30 as well, I think WTC will be 30GB for the main feature and BD25 for the second disc. Waste of space? Yep.
Hard to argue with J6P that the reason BD could only be on one disc is because BD50 has everything. So that's probably why they go with two-disc set even for BD. M:I is BD25, yes? fuad |

Did WTC completely bomb at the box office? Or was I just not paying attention? Seems like it just vanished.
I have United 93 here from Netflix waiting to be watched, but I keep putting HD titles in front of it! |

Pretty cool that the Blu-ray release at least has 1.5Mbps Dolby Digital on it.
It SHOULD have lossless on it, but that's a good step up from SD DVD quality Dolby Digital for sure. I wish Blu-ray would require the "Plus" certification for higher bitrates instead of only using it when the Dolby is at 6.1 or 7.1 |

![]() Quote:
Blu-ray can handle Dolby Digital up to 640 Kbps, anything above that is Dolby Digital Plus or TrueHD. Either the disc is not advertised correctly on HDD and it does have Plus on it, or Peter Bracke is mistaken about both tracks. |
