Default Need help please! Had to reformat and lost the playback upgrade.
Essentially Cyberlink wont let me download the file again since I already downloaded it once? Rediculous.. I had to reformat my system and made the mistake of not saving the file, now I get this when I enter my cd key to download.

You have already downloaded the BD free upgrade

Please use your previous file to re-install your Free Upgrade. Please contact CyberLink Customer Support if you still have issues regarding this upgrade.


I went ahead and emailed support.. is there anyway anyone can email me the file or put it up somewhere for me to grab? would appreciate it.. thanks!
