Default When would you go dual format?

Suppose the current studio situation doesn't change, and Paramount and Universal remain HD DVD exclusive. Suppose also that you can buy a dual format player for a reasonable price, say $399, and it is a fully featured HD DVD and profile 2.0 BD player.

The question is, when would you give up waiting and go dual format?

I ask this not to promote the idea of going dual format, I will personally hold on as long as I can to do my part to encourage the establishment of a single definitive high def format, but for most of us there will surely come a point where we say enough is enough, I just want to be able to watch movies.

I think the votes in this poll will be useful information for the BDA in deciding how urgently they need to act to change the current situation.
