Default what the BDA needs to do!!!

After going to a team building exercise two weeks ago, something said there just struck me. One of the facilitators was an IU graduated in 87. One of his classes was coaching basketball. Anyone care to guess who that teacher was.

Bobby knight. Our facilitator asked us a question that he learned from the general that the BDA needs to think about.

What is the most important 5 minutes in a basketball game.

The first five minutes of the second half.

This gives teams to re-think stragtegies and come out and implement them whether they are winnning (blu) or losing (red).

Lets say that with the warner announcement and CES 08 ended the first half.
Blu is up in sales and studio support. Do we play not to lose? NO!

The BDA needs to go to full court pressure. I have not been seeing any commericals at all since CES. These need to be plasterd everywhere they can get them. Saturate the airways with Blu commericals.

It seems that toshiba is acting like they are still in the game. The BDA needs to finish them a off and put a nail in the coffin then send the scrubs in.
