Default Samsung, Sharp, Sony LCD suggestions

Ok guys, the following are 720p TV's and all costs 1199.99. I'm buying one for my parents ASAP for their new room when they move in, so I need help deciding on one. Any information would be nice. Tell me which one you would prefer or which one you think is better.

I checked these prices at www.Circuitcity.com:

Samsung 40" LCD HDTV (LN-T4042H)

Sharp 42" AQUOS LCD HDTV (LC-42D43U)

Sony 40" Bravia S-Series LCD HDTV (KDL-40S3000)

I'm thinking about the 42 inch Sharp because they're bigger.lol
Anyways, is the extra 2 inch worth it for the Sharp, or will there be a picture difference between the 3 that makes one better than the other. If there are any other suggestions of different TV's, I'd like them to be cheaper and comparible to these 3. Sooooo any helps and comments appreciated, so thanks in advance.

Andy

I have the Samsung tv. and it is AMAZING!! haha easy to use and looks very nice. it also has the two speakers, one on both sides. newer models are coming up with just one speaker at the bottom of the tv. overall this tv is a very good buy for the quality.

Are they the same one I posted? I think the one I posted is the single speaker one. I know the Samsung 71 which was the one I was going to get for myself has speakers on each side. I think the XBR4 has them on each side too, correct me if I'm wrong.
