I have a huge collection of J-Drama's on DVD and some which I downloaded because they were never available in the states.

Does anyone know if there are currently any japanese drama's on bluray?

I am mainly looking for any of Kimura Takuya's stuff.

There are not, nor do I believe there will be until the market is a lot bigger. Compression is too expensive
