Post What's the "best-money-you've-ever-spent" Blu-ray?

So far, the best money I've ever spent on a Blu-ray Disc is Warner's "The Last Samurai"! I bought it at Wal-Mart for...$7.50! A brand-new copy for $7.50! I had to make sure that it wasn't a joke by asking one of the employees to check the price and sure enough, it was the correct price! So, that's why my Last Samurai Blu-ray was money EXTREMELY well-spent! Anyone else?

For me, it's not because of the price I paid for it but rather the enjoyment I've had watching it. Sunshine is my choice. Probably my favorite movie now and I've watched it around 10 times already. Definitely got my money's worth out of it. Heh, I even watched the special features and that's pretty rare for me.

I had posted once before but on another thread my biggest score.

I was at a pawn shop recently and they had one of the WB 4 packs (Lethal Weapon 1, Swordfish, Road Warrior and Training Day) and it was brand new still sealed with a price tag of $25!! I scooped that up so quick as I had really been pushing around the idea of picking up Road Warrior by itself and my patience paid off.

It was like buying Road Warrior and getting the other 3 for free (plus Halle Berry in 1080p )

Close Encounters of the Third Kind for 12$ at Wal-Mart. It was mismarked, but they still charged me for the ticketed price.

The Santa Clause 3............
bought at circuit city. Their printed add was 17.99 for dvd, but it claimed available on blu ray also. Since the ad printing was attached to both the dvd and the blu ray photo, we forced em to sell it to us for the dvd price.

I bought Disney's CARS with a BOGO form Toys R Us with Casino Royale for $25. I spent $3.50 to have them ship me a diecast car which they shipped me 2 by mistake.

I sold both cars on Ebay for a total of $70 combined. Plus I cut out the UPC #'s from my SD DVD and will get a $10 rebate.

Hmm.. tough call.

Probably not my best money ever spent but I got Volver (a great Almodóvar movie) for $12 shipped. Value/quality-wise this was a great deal.
