Ah what a great story I have to tell.
This story begins a few months ago during fall semester at school. In class we got off topic and my teacher brags about how much she likes Shia from Transformers and stuff. So after class i ask her where she saw it and she said HD DVD and of course I have a few things to say about that. After I nicely educate her on why Blu is better and how it will when she thanks me and says she will look into that since she was thinking about getting an HDTV. Now fast forward three months later to being in another class with the same teacher. Right before she starts the lecture she says she would like to thank me for something. She then goes on to say that months ago i predicted (hardly) that Blu-Ray would win over HD DVD and that it did. She then goes on to talk loosely what the hell either one was since about two people in the entire class even knew what she was talking about. And lastly added she was gonna be getting one soon thanks to my knowledge i shared with her. So all in all was a pretty interesting day and all being thanked in front of the class for this, I'd say another score for Blu +1 ![]() BTW can a MOD correct my spelling issue in the title ![]() Last edited by blackhawktraffic; 02-22-2008 at 03:08 AM. That must have been a great feeling. Its funny to us in a way. We all new in our hearts, minds and souls that blu would win. We took for granted that people really didn't know anything to help them decide on the HDM format. I gave enough info to a couple fence sitters at work and gave them blu-ray.com site to go thru. Each went out and bought a BD player inside of a month that these conversations began. And that was before Warner left DUD. Blu: given the chance, sells it's self.
