Advice on My Setup (Pictures)

i am currently in the process of upgrading the AV in my bedroom.

i am about to purchase this home cinema kit, as the sound on my TV is horrible;

below is the setup of my room;

.. do you think the space is too small for such a system?

anyway,.... i can either set it up by;

2 Stand Speakers at the back, by each side of the headboard on the bed,.. and the 2 Front Speakers at the front on either side of my TV.

or

2 Stand Speakers at the front, at either side of my TV,... and the 2 smaller speakers at the back, screwed onto my wall above my bed (at either side of the wall ofcourse).
