This site is a good site to look up future releases. Go to the homepage and scroll down to the new releases and new pre orders. If the movie is not listed than it has not been announced for release. I have heard nothing about "Fire in the sky", coming to BD.

I would have thought Fire in the Sky would have been considered as a potential Blu-Ray release, too, and may be in the works sometime in the future. Yes, Blu-Ray.com is your very best source for current information. I am looking forward to its eventual Blu-Ray release as well.

Really can't believe Fire in the Sky hasn't been released on blu yet...

It's an underrated classic, IMO. That entire sequence with Travis aboard the ship is still effectively unnerving and just so well-done.

Fire In The Sky is a Paramount title which, unfortunately, more than explains why there's been no release yet.

It's currently a Warner Archive dvd, so maybe they could also release a blu of it at some point. Have it in hdx on Vudu but would probably upgrade - saw this in the theater twice as a kid and so it still has some nostalgia.

I just watched this in 1080p with DD 5.1 on Amazon Prime projected at 158" diagonal. Looked good. Would love to own this on Blu-ray!
