Default RF with the harmony 890

I was wondering if the 890 can actually send out a radio signal to a device as opposed to it's specific adapter.

Namely my thinking is RF door locks, lighting systems, and really anyhting else super cool.

If it can't be done with this remote which remote anyone know which remote could do something like this? (and this is theory so even if its $5k, I'd like to know)

...i just picked up the one and it doesnt do rf but i can control the light thru the ir as could you with your 890. Lutron ir switch from HD or Lws and your good to go

They have rf door locks for homes? wooooow

If someone here has a 890 you could poss give them an example of the device and im guessing they could look it up in the set up program for ya. G.L. ...x

Default could a mod please move this to off-topic since I am changing direction

So I can get the 890 to use and Z-Wave device but if it is not this type of RF it can not work.

So now that I know this works I come to another problem that I have had stopping me from making this switch.

key fobs. I've got one for the house alarm, the car, and the garage, and then a fourth or more if I get some RF locks. THATS WAY TOO MANY.

Has anyone heard of a device that can learn and control all of these things into one (i'm sure large) fob. This would be super awesome and greatly lighten the load in my pocket if I want to have controll of all devices.

P.S. mod since this question has changed could you please move to off-topic discussion, and possible change the title to "RF key FOB to control 4+ devices"
-thanks

My company is a Crestron dealer, I do not know of a specific part from Crestron but the reps just keep telling us there is nothing they cant make happen. (did you know NORAD is automated and video linked by Crestron)
I would suggest contacting them directly with your issue, They may be able to help.
