Default HD-DVD and Blu-Ray both Betamax?
Has anyone thought about the possibility that both formats will have a short lifespan and would give way to a superior format altogether?...

I have this strange feeling that this format war will be over in 2-3 years with both of them giving way to a digital format...like SD type cards or something....something that resembles 2010(ish).....

has anyone heard about another format that may come out in the future?...because, if this format war doesn't do well on both sides...I think they may push the new format earlier than anticipated...
