Problem with "Enchanted" menu

I bought "Enchanted" the first day it came out, and while it plays perfectly, the main menu acts strange when I try to select an option. If I move down the list of options with my remote using the arrows - if I click the remote once, it jumps two spots - sometimes three and I have to keep doing it until the selected option that I want is highlighted. That's the best way I can describe it. Also, while playing the "D Files" sometimes I have the same issue while trying to select my answer. I have no other problems with any other BD. I only have on BD player so I can't check it on another and I'm wondering if it's my BD - anyone else have this problem?

My BD player is the Sony BDP-S300 firmware 3.80.
