I buy cheap book shelves from Staples for about $25 each. Then I call missing parts and get extra shelves for free, I buy more little metal pegs to hold the shelves in place and then I store my DVDs and BDs there. I've had this setup for a long time and I've never had anything crash. Each bookshelf is 6ft. fall too.

I bought a couple DVD cabinets at Best Buy and Target to hold mine. I'm thinking about trying to make some of my own tho. Something with some nice doors I could lock up.

I picked up one of those and drilled a few holes to get the last shelf in, drives me nuts that you have that one wasted shelf at the top or bottom. I also had to drive nails into the middle shelf because it kept wanting to split open. Other then that, for the price, I love them, it will end up holding about 300 or so Blu's, which is pretty good!

I bought two because i wanted to fill up the corner area where the pic was taken, i have room for one more, if i didnt have my 500 gallon fish tank there i would have waited and gotten the other one at best buy that held 500 or so.

I dont mind the top shelf so much because i put my games and controllers there so that works for me, the bottom shelf shouldnt be an issue, ill put something there.

For the price like you said, I love them.

I have the same shelf from best buy but I didn't use any of the pegs that came with it and screwed each shelf in from the sides. I made each shelf the perfect height for blu-rays only.

I have the shelf pictured in the link below. I estimate it holds about 742 regular size blu-ray cases.

The MM-252 is great, can't recommend it enough. It is a little pricey, but it is quality. If money is no option have them assemble it for you.

it was on sale for $29.99 until yesterday, now it is $39.99, if you have one of those 12% coupons it works on it.
