Default Cyberlink PowerDVD problem

Hi there. I'm trying to watch a Blu-Ray movie using Windows Media Centre with Power DVD embedded into it. The software asked "A critical component of the player requires periodic updates” and I downloaded the patch. It continues to ask me to download the same patch again after it installed. Where do I go from here?

I'm using PowerDVD 7 if this is any help

Thanks in advance

The Windows Media Centre interface doesn't support blu-ray.

Is that the exact version of PowerDVD? You need PowerDVD 7.3 Deluxe to play blu-ray and some disks need the latest patch (which normally solves the problem your having). Get PowerDVD to ask for the latest update (cannot find the link on the damned site <grrr>)

Thanks for your help. It worked. Power DVD has a plug in for Media Centre.
