Default For those who have PS3 WiFi signal problems!!

Hi,

So for those who have signal problems with the PS3 over WiFi and don't a phone point nearby to have a wired connection, this is the answer!

I had a problem with the signal in the room that I have my PS3.. I even went out and bought the most expensive router out there that promised amazing signal strength.. But I was left with an empty pocket and frustration when it didnt make a difference to the signal.. Some rooms are built with materials that simply block out the signal.. Other routers just do not give out a stong signal. Whatever the reason for poor signal, there is a solution!

Now perhaps everyone is aware of this, but I think i've seen the odd post here about poor signal and how to boost etc.. Yes, you can buy boosters, but this piece of kit is the real deal.

Its called HomePlug. Its so simple.

When you buy the HomePlug, you receive 2 plugs. One plug goes into a MAINS socket (must be into a wall socket, not an adapter). Then an Ethernet cable is used to connect the HomePlug and the modem/router... Simple.

Now the clever part...

Beside your PS3, plug the second Homeplug into a MAINS socket, again, must be plugged into a wall socket, not an adapter. Then connect your PS3 and the HomePlug with an Ethernet cable. Then that's it!! You have a wired connection to enjoy gaming and downloading at super high speeds!! No fear of losing the WiFi signal!!

The data for the internet is sent around the house via the electrical wiring in your home!! Have another PS3 in another room? Get another HomePlug and simply plug it in! You can have several HomePlugs in each house.

I have to say, its worked brilliantly for me.. Excellent for online gaming and downloading from the PS3 store and certainly better than forking out to your telephone provider for an extra phone point, and certainly a lot less hassle!

Sorry if people already know about it, but I'm sure there are people there who have signal problems and cant get the signal they want and use the PS3 to its full potential!

It can be bought on Amazon.co.uk and I'm sure outlets in America stock it. It has been around for a few years apparently..

If people do get it, let me know. I'd be delighted if I have made their gaming etc more enjoyable!!!

Forever a Blu..
Gar
