Sharp BD-HP20 having problems with Fox titles

I have had numerous problems with my Sharp player and now my newest problem is that certain Fox titles will not play properly on my player. This first happened with Batman: The Movie and now with Dude, Where's My Car?. The disc will load properly and the menu will load fine as well as the special features but when I start the movie the whole movie skips and lags like a scratched disc. I have checked out both of them and the discs look perfectly fine. I plan on contacting both Sharp and Fox but I would like to see if anybody else has had any problems with there players or these movies in general.
