Default Sony Bdp 350 Vs Ps3

which one provides the best video and audio quality, already got a PS3, seriously wanting to know if I need a standalone blu-ray player for best video & audio?

I think you've got a better setup with the PS3 than with changing to the S350. I tried out the 350 at a store the other day and it seems like all of their improvements are directed towards being more like the PS3, except the 350 is more difficult to use IMO.

Personally having a PS3 and an S350. I think the S350 does a better job of upscaling an SD DVD, but there isn't really a difference in BD quality. I haven't done any controlled tests with it, but I'd say you're just fine with the PS3. It's still the one I use for my home theater setup and the S350 is designated to bedroom TV duties.
