Its about time. Consumers are getting what they want. Warner Bros. truly is listening to fan requests. But, they better not make it a dolby digital soundtrack, then I'm gonna be really pissed.

Well according to alot of the insiders the current crop of WB titles were already pressed before the outcry on HD audio. So I expect that all titles released in 09 will have THD audio.

A cool feature could be the theatrical version and the second theatrical version (the version you've never seen) on one disc, via seamless branching.

Unfortunately, autumn of 09 is quite a way away.

Thats fine with me. It'll give me plenty of time to find a better job and buy a new PS3. I'm already losing patience since the recent announcement though.

Hopefully we get both versions together to cut back on the "I like this version better than this one, so I refuse to buy it!" crying that I know will happen. Either way, day 1 buy for me!
