Hi all, frustrated blue ray user here, hoping someone can help.

When I put in a disc with bonusview material on it, I get a small opaque box in the upper left of the screen that says bonusview. I have turned bonusview off in the menus, I have updated the firmware, I have ultimately run out of ideas on how to get this display off of my screen. Anyone experiencing something similiar and how did you correct it?

MY Blu ray player is a samsung BD-P1500.

I have attached a pic to illustrate my problem.
