OK I'm really confused here. I use different audio settings for stereo videos to take better advantage of my 7.1 setup. Problem is that I just tested The Dark Knight and even though PS3 shows me that I have it on True Dolby HD I hear voice coming from all the speakers instate of just the center. I changed through the different audio modes via the Movie/TV button on the remote under "Listening Mode" but all of them sound different and since the output is in PCM my receiver won't display Dolby HD. I tried it with action scenes but all those audio modes use some kind of surround sound which makes it hard to hear which one is the correct output.
How can I fix this?? Should I just use Dolby PLIIx or DolbyEX? Last edited by RealSkyDiver; 12-13-2008 at 04:44 AM. |
