LG LCD with VerizonFios Audio Synch - Blu-ray Forum

I'm house sitting for friends and their audio is out of sych with the display by a second or less. They have a verizon fios cable fox with an hdmi connection. Do u think they could have a faulty box or maybe one of the hdmi connections is 1.3 and the other isnt? thanks. This isn't just recroded programs.. its live as well..

It's the TV. Cheaper tv's have this issue with the HDMI ports. It is a known issue. Turn the tv off and then back on. The audio should be synced up after that.

If not, try the other HDMI port. If problem persists, sounds like FIOS. However, never had that issue with outs. I have had the sync issue and it was always the TV. Was a Westinghouse.
