Ahhh...Phosphor Lag. - Blu-ray Forum

I'm very sick of this Phosphor lag, after owning my 42-PX77U for around 10 months now. I thought the Phosphor lag was going to go away. I can still see it in blu's or on games, or if I pan my head from left to right and look at the screen. It's very annoying, and I just want to be Phosphor Lag free.

I need some advice...

I have the 50" 75U and I've never seen a bit of phosphor lag. I game on it quite a bit. I think you may have a defective set and you should promptly contact Panasonic while its still under warranty.

if you see phosphor lag then sadly its somthing you eyes are effected by. Time wont heel the problem.

Much like DLP rainbow issues some see it and some dont so its most likly not a defective TV just your eyes are sensitive to this issue.

i see phosphor lag on my panny pz85u. never had a hint of it on my other sharp aquos. However i had to replace my sharp aquos because of major banding. Therefore the lag is a hell of alot better than banding.

I think it gets better over time. My dad has a 42" 5 year old Plasma and I see no Phosphor Trailing on it what so ever.
