Default Tower.com Quick Question (Not Hot Deals)
If I put something in my cart and the price changes, how long until I can keep it at the old price? Because I placed Halloween ($10.99) into my cart yesterday, and it's shot back up to $19.99, however, when I check out.. it's still $10.99. How long does this run?
