I enjoyed the Time Machine, but it wasn't as good as the book. But Back to the Future is the best.

The original Time Machine is the only one that I acknowledge.

Since time travel is the topic, it isn't a film, but Quantum Leap deserves to be in consideration.

Others:
Army Of Darkness
Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure
Butterfly Effect, The
Final Countdown, The
Groundhog Day
Flight Of The Navigator, The
Planet Of The Apes
(originals)
Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home
Terminator
franchise (time travel related)

Everyone should check out Primer, a good indie time travel film.

I'd have to agree that Twelve Monkeys is the best, though.

Primer was an awesome movie. Some others I liked:

Frequency
Time Bandits
Timeline
and Freejack!
