Got mine on ebay after making the mistake of buying a 3rd party bulb. Make sure you get a branded bulb, not a generic. It made a big difference in my tv.

Try this place, I have had excellent service through them and they beat anyone else's price. Read about what they offer.

I know its directed to the OP but here goes my input...there are many symptoms....some dim slowly and some just give way all of a sudden...i know some tvs have where you can check how many hours your bulb has been on for....i'm not sure if its the panny's...

Mine was noticably dimmer a few hours before it blew. My TV also is supposed to flash a warning message on the screen, but doesn't always.

No problems for me. Just wondering where to get a replacment bulb.

Its funny, I asked a simple question and I get the typical LCD/Plasma fanboy telling me I should have bought something else.

How is a bulb going out after well over 2 years screwing up?

Note: Mine is still going strong 2+ years.

I have a Mitsubishi Diamond series DLP and I have had it now for about 16 months and I was just curious what to look for when the bulb starts to go,In my opinion, my DLP has a much better PQ than these newer LCDs that are available ,(Again, just my own opinion, I have a plasma in my BR, an lcd in my sons room as well as the kitchen. sure, I cant hang my DLP on the wall but otherwise its a wonderful tv

Bought a lamp from the first site, believe they own fixyourdlp.com as well , anyways, only lasted 3 months, I wouldnt recommend, it looked different and they were trying to claim it was better than the original ... I found one on ebay cheaper this go round and looked more solid and like the original.
