Thanks, but that does me no good. My internet connection for my laptop is with a 3g usb router.
I can get my PS3 online thru network sharing and a crossover cable, and I can download the demos. But when I try to install them,it wont work,it gives an error message. I have tried it not using the "download in background" option but they still wont install. I was just hoping for another way to get the demos. I can get the updates off the ps store using a flash drive, but no luck with the demos. |

Never is probably not the word your looking for, please be more specific, if it didn't work I would been unable to have a voice chat with my uncle online, followed by him and I beating the Co-op campaign on Rainbow Six Vegas.
Well at least it shows they thought it out.. of course but why create the limitation, with advert of 16gb cards you could fit many ps3 demos that you can download to your psp and bring to your ps3 that might not have internet. |

most people only have at most maybe a 1 or 2GB memory card for their PSP so like for instance if you tried to download ......um Siren: Blood Curse for instance on the PSP for PS3 that I know is at least more then 2GB of space. Plus to factor in that PS3 games are HD, PSP games are not and so PSP can't accept anything thats in HD. Heck it even won't let me watch a HD video on my PSP.

Why code a limitation in though, why create the limit, just becase most only have a gig, they probably should have allowed the downloads as long as there is space.. Just thinking outloud thought there is probably a reason why they chose not to do this, and its beyond my grasps. ![]() |

I understand you wouldnt be able to play the PS3 demos on the PSP,but you should be able to transfer them. Or, they could at least let you download the demos off the website using a pc and flash drive like you can do the updates.
It seems that if you have 3g wireless, you have no options to get downloads. That sux, especially since 3g service is gaining in popularity (in the rural areas anyway.) |
