Default Riser so I can see the TV over my huge CS1?

I recently upgraded to a CS1 center channel speaker. The problem I have is the speaker is 7" tall while the clearance from the stand to the bottom of the TV screen is only 6" tall. This would be a 1" overlap if I were watching straight on, but I'm actually below it when seated, meaning the overlap is even more. I can't mount it over the TV and with the DVR, PS3 and Onkyo there's no room for it below.

Possible solutions:

1.) Buy a new TV stand. I can't do this right now. My stand, coffee table, two end tables and couch are a matching set. So to sell one I'd have to sell them all and, thanks to the cost of the upgrade I can't afford to do all that.

2.) Mount the TV on the wall. Not an option in my current living space.

3.) Put the TV on a riser of some sort. Ideally it would be not much larger than the base of my TV, something like 28"x14"x3". The problem is I live in a condo, so I don't have the tools or the workspace to build such a platform.

Do you guys have any ideas or a solution to my problem?
