One good one that could use Scream treatment is "Joshua" from 2007 with Sam Rockwell. Classy, Omen-inspired evil kid movie.

As others have said in this thread, it's surprising just how good it ended up being. Not just as a sequel to an (at the time) 23-year-old classic film, but just as a movie on its own.

I wouldn't say it's as underrated as it was maybe a few years ago (since horror fans are starting to come around and realize how good it actually is), but overall, definitely worth checking out.

If Shout announces an Elm Street set, I wouldn't care if that's all they announced for the rest of the year. 2021 has already been incredible for physical media and we're barely halfway over the year yet. If they announce Elm Street and Deadly Friend, I'll be set for life

The Nightmare set is coming. The bloke that does work for Scream Factory couldn't get away quick enough when questioned about it by Deadpit. Matter of time.

as for The Nightmare on Elm Street box set which we think is probably going to be announced any day now.

I hope they present each film with the proper original New Line Cinema opening logo and the CORRECT audio sound effects for Elm Street 1. Many releases are missing stingers in the film.

Hopefully all original audio in PCM Mono or Stereo in addition to any 5.1 audio options. If there is no original audio for each film it will be an epic fail on Screams part.

So you think it will be released this year? I don’t want to get my hopes up then be disappointed.

I feel like it would. I would have thought once Scream did the Friday the 13th set last year would only seem logical that Elm Street would be in the works since last year for fall release this year.

I'm probably wrong.. if it doesn't come this year, then I guess it would be for Fall 2022.

There’s a strong chance. They have a deal with WB, and this would certainly be in their wheelhouse. But there’s been no leaks, official announcements or anything.

Yeah with the F13 set there was leaks about it getting released a few months before the announcement IIRC.
