The Battle of the Bastards was filmed better but I had issues with the lack of main character deaths too in that episode. That's why I'm really disappointed with this episode. The plot armor should be lifted by now. If you're going to have this dead army literally surround every single major character, you can't have them all survive. They literally showed Jon completely surrounded, cut away, then cut back to him with practically no wights around him and the ones that were coming after him ended up being burned by the dragon. So I guess Jon can kill 50-100 wights going after him from all angles without any problem whatsoever.

Right. Arya is such a Mary Sue that she would've been dead several times during the battle if not for The Hound and Beric.

I think it was a bit much but it made sense to me she survived. Unlike the armies, she ran and hid and got help from Beric and the Hound and then snuck up on the Night King. I do wonder why none of his generals were watching the rear, though.

That was horrible we didn't even get to see the White Walkers or the Night King in combat..

All that buildup of army of the dead, white walkers and all we see is a bunch of wigots stampeding in the dark.. The did the Night King real dirty..

Perhaps. But maybe after she hears about Theon's sacrifice, she'll join the Grand Army of the North for their march on King's Landing.
