Episode 1: Qui-Gon
Episode 2: Palpatine
Episode 3: half Anakin half Vader face
Episode 4: Obi-Won stays
Episode 5: OT Yoda
Episode 6: Luke (he is the Jedi that returned after all)

Artoo and Threepio on the two extra discs are good. For the third extra disc I would have chosen a space shot or a ship or two. Lando is a smooth space pimp but he isn't disc worthy in my opinion.

I just feel that there are more characters that are important to the story that some that are featured on the discs. These choices seem pretty arbitrary to me.
It is really not that important to me who´s on the disc. Having said that I would have done it the following way:

1: Darth Maul
2: Count Dooku
3: Darth Vader
4: Obi Wan
5: Yoda
6: Luke

I like the disc are overall but I would have gone with anakin or padme for episode 2 ATOC and boba fett or han solo for episode 5 ESB. The other disc art choices I agree with but episode 2 and 5 , I would have changed.

Greedo shooting first caused ripples in the timeline.

Default My prefered Character Disc Art:

The Phantom Menace Jar Jar stepping in the poop!
Attack of the Clones Jango hitting his head on Slave 1
Revenge of the Sith The medical droid explaining Padme's "condition"
A New Hope Greedo missing at point blank range
The Empire Strikes Back Luke hitting his head in Yoda's hut
Return of the Jedi The Sarlaac burping

Or just use the poster art.

I don't mind the look of the discs at all. They're not bad IMO.

My Disc Arts:

I: Anakin (Jake)
II: Padme
III: Vader
IV: Luke
V: Leia
VI: Anakin (Hayden)

I know I'm alone here, to me it's really about Anakin & his family. His origin. His love & his turn to the dark side. His children & his redemption. I wish it was called The Skywalker Saga instead of Star Wars. But that's just my opinion.

No Luke Skywalker on Disc 6? At least is not an Ewok face there.

I don´t have anything against Lando but there´re more important characters than him to put on that disc. Perhaps... Darth Maul?

LOL I agree with you - that's lame. I thought the whole trilogy was about the Skywalkers -- yet none of them are on any of the discs. (Ok, Vader is...but that depends on your point of view.

Still look nice though.

How about two different box sets. One for the "dark" side and one for the "jedi". Then you could pick a side.....

Dark side.

I. Darth Maul
II. Jango Fett
III. Palpatine
IV. Darth Vader
V. Boba Fett
VI. Jabba the Hutt

Jedi.

I. Qui Gon
II. Anakin (Hayden)
III. Obi Wan (Macgregor)
IV. Obi Wan (Guiness)
V. Yoda
VI. Luke

I think it's funny how much people get into all the film changes and the differences between the originals and special editions. I think Lucas should have made this blu-ray set to order just like people do when they go to have a computer built. Set up a website where you can choose all cover art, which editions of the movies, what special edition scenes added or left out..etc. Customize your own Star Wars blu-ray set!!

Man...if only it were that easy. But there would be tons of money to be made!!

I like the idea but with one change:

I. Darth Maul
II. Count Dooku
III. Palpatine
IV. Darth Vader
V. Boba Fett
VI. Jabba the Hutt

Jedi.

I. Qui Gon
II. Anakin (Hayden)
III. Obi Wan (Macgregor)
IV. Obi Wan (Guiness)
V. Yoda
VI. Luke

It was an out-take if I remember correctly.

Very nice! Very nice! Nubian!! Love the disc art choices.

Sick of Han, Luke, and Leia being slapped on everything. These are great choices.

That disc artwork is interesting. Would not have thought of some of the chosen images, but in the end I only care about the content of the BDs themselves.

So much OT hate...

Should have had Darth Maul on one and gotten rid of the weakest character in the series Dooku....suprised they did not slap General Grievous on one (another character that should have never been in the film)

Same here. They need to get rid of such insignifcant characters and start putting more important characters like the Rancor Keeper, Dex, Mon Mothma, and pit droids on everything.

Weakest character in the series was Maul. Given he had no personality.

Followed closely by Boba Fett. Who I'm also glad is missing from the disc art.

Yes, cause those characters are really comparable to..

Yoda, Count Dooku, Palpatine, Obi-Wan, Chewbacca, Darth Vader, Lando, C-3PO and R2-D2.

They could have merged Maul and Dooku's character and solved that issue though.

I think Lucas just new Maul was a pretty bad ass looking character and didn't want to have a villain that could potentially overshadow Vader so he limited his screen time and got rid of of him quickly.
