Unhappy help with reciever crossover frequency for 3300ES

Hey guys

I recently bought sony STR-DA3300ES receiver. I tried doing auto calibration for my speakers and I choosed the "front speakers reference mode" as my setup mode. I came across setting my front speakers to small (I have big tower SONY speakers) and I tried to mess with the crossover frequency but I am confused to what value should I select my front center and rear crossover frequency. I have the sub clocked at 200 Hz.
The reason I had my subwoofer setting manually at 200 hz because that what it said when doing the auto calibration in page 44 (3300es manual), I have no clue why!

The subwoofer has two dials at the back one for crossover frequency and the other for level. the manual for the sub is kinda confusing its at sony's website.

When I did the auto calibration it sat my front and rear speakers frequency to 40 Hz and my center to 130Hz!

Do you have any suggestions to what should I set my speakers crossover frequency to? some people say 80 Hz is the sweet spot
