Truth is, there is NO logical explanation as to why they went HD DVD exclusive other than the money. All of the Paramounts executives can come for the next two weeks and one by one tell me how they did their market research and clearly see HD DVD to be a superior format for mass adoption, but it would all be bullshit.
The real reason, the ONLY reason they did it is because someone flashed a nice chunk of change in front of them and their greed kicked into a high gear.

PURE AND SIMPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't care for anymore of their corporate spiel. It's over and done with.
Time to move on............................
