Hahaha! I'm not very knowledgeable about Deadpool, but is that the way the character is? Is he suppose to be THAT animated with his body? I do like it from what we see in that video, I'm just curious about whether it suits the original character.

P.S. That's Science World in the background! I really hope that they allow Vancouver to shine in the background of this film. Most of the time they try to hide all of the subtle hints to Vancouver in major productions that come to this city.

Can't wait to watch this in February 2016. Glad Reynolds is finally able to portray the character faithfully as he's always been wanting to for a long time. Been reading the comics where he's the more fourth wall breaking wise-acre for quite awhile and been replaying the video game on PC.

Pretty much. He is very animated and exaggerated and it looks like they are nailing him to a "t" ... though, not literally as that would have other connotations...

It doesn't look like it but believe it or not, this is one of the funniest scenes in the script.

Took some video on my way home from work today from below what looked like a test run for an upcoming stunt. It looked like they were setting up to have someone (likely Deadpool himself) sitting on the outside of the railing of that bridge they are filming on for the 2 weeks. The people testing the rig seemed to be trying to test the ability to twist and turn (presumably to look around) while rigged up to the railing. The overall effect looked to create the illusion that the person has some incredible balance skills to sit there like that without holding onto anything.

Stumbled across some filming again. This time, I was up close and personal, there were costumes involved, AND they were actually filming! Below are some pics and a couple of really short vids I took. BE WARNED! The pics and vids are of a stunt that was being filmed. It's nothing overly spectacular, but it still may ruin part of the scene to look at them!!!

Also, please forgive the quality. I'm still running the OG iPhone 4!

It's weird because the pictures were obviously zoomed in, so that makes it seem like I was a lot closer than I actually was. But, the video makes it seem like I was farther away than I actually was! LOL

, I'd guess that it was about 20 yards... give or take a few. I couldn't hear any dialogue. The only thing that I could hear (just barely) was the man on the mic advising people on the equipment in the distance that they were getting ready to roll. Even then, the only real intelligible thing I could make out was his countdown from 5.

Speaking of the countdown!!! I had stood there watching them set up the equipment and set up the shot for over an hour. As you can tell, I took some photos and a few short videos thinking that they were ready to roll on the scene. I was hoping to catch the actually filming, so I stood patiently with my phone in camera mode poised with my finger over the 'record' button. So, just as they started the countdown, I got ready... "5" OH YEAH! I'M GONNA GET REAL ACTION ON CAMERA! "4" HERE WE GO! "3" ...

I thought the video made it look like you were pretty close.

but still, 20 yards is close enough to spit on someone!!

If they didn't acknowledge the Origins Woverine debacle of Deadpool then I would be a little worried. Since they do and have said that isn't what they are doing, I feel like they are passionate and this will at least be true to the characters. Hence, not worried at all.
