Liked the movie very much. Only let down was the fight between Collosis and Gina's charachter. Very predictable. Colosis is an 8 foot tall iron bad ass yet gets his butt handed to him easily. Although the part where hes trying not to look at her boobs was funny.

I give it 4/5. I hated the flashbacks. I wish they would stop doing that. Just start from the beginning and go from there. Flashbacks should be banned from here on out.

There's a lot of reports about Rob Liefeld being a dick at cons and on Twitter. So yes, part of the hate is from more than just his art.

I don't expect every drawing to be 100% realistic but his are so disportionate that they are just laughable.

Not one of the better comic movies though. Not even one of the better R rated ones.

From hell. Punisher. Watchmen. Tank girl. Ghost world.
Deadpool may be the weakest R rated major comic book adaptation.

If you read what I said earlier, I dont know why you are asking me this. As I said before, his exaggerated or awkward drawings of anatomy or proportions is what makes his artwork unique. We all should know that in art, art ranges from realistic to bizarre. His weaknesses (such as drawing skinny pouched ladies, tight wedgie crotches, or funny feet) is what makes his art appealing. If you want something perfect looking, just read another comic book. He's doing what he can, which is just fine.

Im an outsider to this guy - I have read some of his books - but my theory is that Liefeld seems to be such a douchebag ahole that people like to criticize his art because they dont like him.

when was the last time you watched Blade 3??

i'm pretty forgiving when it comes to movies in general......was even more so back when Blade 3 came out......but even my younger self knew Blade 3 was pretty weak.

ironically, Reynolds was the best part of that movie.

i think he's saying Liefeld basically throws whatever he wants onto the paper and doesn't care what people think/say about the end result.

He's not one to admit he's wrong about something. Go back and you'll find him criticising and predicting how badly the film will do in the thread.
